Builders have caught on lately to the idea that condo and townhome buyers in Las Vegas love the outdoors and there's no better way to deliver that easily than to build rooftop decks. Rooftop decks can range in size from the entire upper floor of a townhome to partial rooftops accessed by adjoining indoor space. Either way, a rooftop deck is a premier feature with boundless living potential, and you'll find choices in several price ranges, from lower cost townhomes to ultra luxury townhomes, such as Vu at MacDonald Highlands. Here are some reasons to love rooftop decks:

EXPANSIVE VIEWS

Since there often won't be another building or fence inhibiting your view, rooftop decks can give you access to the open skies and sometimes a cityscape and mountain view as well. The townhomes at Santa Rosa with rooftop decks often have both mountain and Strip views.

MORE FLEX SPACE
