The District at Green Valley is located in Henderson, a popular suburb of Las Vegas. It's also part of the planned community of Green Valley. The District at Green Valley is the brainchild of the developers at the American Nevada Company, headed by Hank and Barbara Greenspun, two Las Vegas natives responsible for many of the city's high-quality master planned communities, such as Seven Hills and Aliante.
The homes at The District at Green Valley are spacious and modern, with high ceilings, designer finishes, chef's kitchens and elegant master suites. And with nearly 60 commercial tenants and more than a dozen professional offices operating there, the retail and lifestyle options available to residents are tremendous.
Buyers looking for a more traditional setting while still being close to all these great amenities have other great options in the Green Valley area. For example, just across the street from The District, Bella Vista condominiums is a gated community that is generally less expensive than the District condos, with a pool and a clubhouse. It's still an easy walk to all the District fun.
