Just when you think you can’t improve on the spectacular atmosphere of the Las Vegas lifestyle, another project emerges to surpass your wildest imagination, compelling you to appreciate the creative minds with their foresight to bring to Las Vegas a masterpiece in modern technology.

CityCenter Las Vegas, with a planned opening in 2009 and costing an estimated $7 billion dollars, will be a 76 acre mini-city located on the Strip between the Bellagio and Monte Carlo resorts, complete with luxurious state-of-the-art condos, hotels, casinos, prestigious art galleries, upscale retail shops and specialty boutiques, nightclubs, a 2,000 seat theater, convention center, fine dining establishments, and rooftop gardens with park-like atmosphere for your enjoyment.

For easy access to the surrounding Bellagio and Monte Carlo resorts, an automated people mover will be constructed at the CityCenter.

Green technology will be utilized wherever possible in the project to protect the environment. Also included will be an on-site power plant and fire station.

As this new CityCenter develops, we invite you to visit our site frequently as we keep you updated on the progress of this exciting new addition to the Strip.

CityCenter will include the Vdara, Veer Towers, The Residences at Mandarin Oriental and the Harmon Hotel and Residences. Mixing style with architecture, condos with hotels, luxury with Las Vegas lifestyle.
